a long absence, the subject of ethics is back in the public
spotlight. It has always been prominent in our view. As some
companies scramble to review their actions and restate their
ethical positions, we just reaffirm the position we have always

position is this. We feel that we can best advise our clients
on business issues without the inherent conflict of interest
that comes with selling a product we might recommend to address

not be in the best interests of our clients.
